Hyde Park Presbyterian is a lovely setting for weddings. We welcome both members and non-members. Our pastor counsels couples and officiates ceremonies. Outside pastors are welcome with approval. We have a talented pianist and soloist if requested and available. Those married in our church have had wonderful experiences and many have recommended us to others.
“Couples who choose to be married in a service of Christian worship are taking a step beyond a civil ceremony and are inviting God to be a part of their relationship. They seek to bring marriage into accord with the will of God and allow their relationship with Christ to form a pattern for the covenant of marriage.”
